These Website Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of hangoverlifestyle.com (the "Website"). The Website is operated by KRTG Enterprises, Inc. ("KRTG," "we," "us," or "our") for its Hangover Lifestyle property.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

Age and Responsible Use

The Website is intended for people who are of legal drinking age in the location where they live. By entering or using the Website, you confirm that you meet that requirement.

Hangover Lifestyle does not encourage underage drinking, excessive alcohol consumption, impaired driving, or other unsafe conduct. If you choose to consume alcohol, do so lawfully and responsibly. Never drink and drive. We respect people who choose not to drink.

Website Purpose

The Website provides general information, historical media, entertainment content, brand information, project previews, official social-media links, partner information, a Subscribe form, a Contact form, and a Join the Team application.

The Website does not currently provide merchandise purchasing, payment processing, ticket sales, or public photo, video, or story uploads. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Website content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Email Subscriptions

You may voluntarily subscribe to receive occasional Hangover Lifestyle news, project announcements, videos, releases, and related updates. You must provide an email address you are authorized to use.

You may unsubscribe using the instructions included in a marketing email or by contacting info@hangoverlifestyle.com. Contacting us or submitting a Join the Team application does not automatically subscribe you.

Contact Messages and Join the Team Applications

You may use the Website's forms only for genuine inquiries and applications. You agree that information you submit will be accurate to the best of your knowledge and will not violate any law or another person's rights.

A Join the Team submission is an expression of interest only. It is not an offer or promise of:

• Selection or an interview;
• Employment or independent-contractor status;
• Compensation, benefits, ownership, voting rights, or executive authority;
• A contract, partnership, agency, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship; or
• Participation in any KRTG or Hangover Lifestyle project.

KRTG may accept, reject, retain, or stop considering an application at its discretion, subject to applicable law. Any actual role, duties, compensation, rights, or relationship must be established separately in writing by an authorized KRTG representative.

Do not submit confidential business information, trade secrets, Social Security numbers, government-identification numbers, financial information, medical information, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through the Website.

If you provide a résumé link, you represent that you are authorized to share it and that KRTG may access the linked material to review your application. KRTG is not responsible for the availability, security, or privacy practices of the service hosting that material.

Future Projects and Coming-Soon Content

References to future projects, programs, merchandise, events, products, or "Coming Soon" features describe current plans or concepts only. They do not guarantee that a particular offering will launch or that it will launch on a particular date.

We may revise, postpone, discontinue, or replace future plans without notice.

Archived and Historical Content

The Website may contain archived videos, photographs, graphics, statements, event footage, or other material from earlier periods of Hangover Lifestyle.

Historical content is presented to document the brand's history and does not necessarily describe current operations, personnel, partnerships, products, availability, policies, or views. A link, embed, mention, or partnership reference does not make KRTG responsible for everything published or offered by the third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KRTG disclaims express and implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement.
