Hangover Lifestyle is an independent lifestyle and entertainment property operated by KRTG Enterprises, Inc. ("KRTG," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, and disclosed when you visit hangoverlifestyle.com (the "Website"), subscribe for updates, contact us, or submit a Join the Team application.
Information You Provide
Email Updates
When you use the Subscribe form, we collect the email address you submit. We use it to send occasional Hangover Lifestyle news, project announcements, videos, releases, and related updates. Subscribing is voluntary and is separate from contacting us or applying to Join the Team.
You may unsubscribe through the unsubscribe instructions included in a marketing email or by contacting info@hangoverlifestyle.com. We may retain limited information needed to honor an unsubscribe request.
Contact Form
When you use the Contact form, we may collect your name, email address, subject, message, and any other information you voluntarily include.
Join the Team Application
When you submit a Join the Team application, we may collect:
- Your name;
- Email address;
- City and state;
- Phone number;
- Primary and optional secondary position choices;
- A link to your résumé or professional information;
- Your response explaining your interest, experience, or related story;
- Your confirmation that you are of legal drinking age where you live; and
- Your confirmation that the application information is true and that you agree to the Website's Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
Do not include Social Security numbers, government-identification numbers, financial information, medical information, passwords, or other highly sensitive information in either form. The Website does not request an uploaded copy of an identification document.
Providing a link to a résumé or other externally hosted material may direct KRTG to information maintained on a third-party website. Your use of that third-party service is governed by its own terms and privacy practices.
Direct Communications
If you contact us by email or through a social-media platform, we may receive your name, email address, social-media username, message, and any other information you choose to provide.
Information Processed Automatically
The Website is hosted through Netlify. When you access or use the Website, Netlify or related service providers may automatically process technical information needed to deliver, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the Website. This information may include:
- Internet Protocol (IP) address;
- Browser and device type;
- Operating system;
- Referring page or website;
- Pages or resources requested;
- Date and time of access; and
- Security, diagnostic, and server-log information.
KRTG does not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, behavioral-tracking tools, or targeted-advertising technology on the Website.
Age-Gate Preference
The Website is intended for people who are of legal drinking age in the location where they live. When you respond to the Website's age prompt, your browser uses session storage to remember your response for the current browser session.
This session-stored preference does not identify you by name and is not submitted to KRTG. It expires when the browser session ends and may also be removed by clearing the Website's stored data through your browser settings.
Embedded Videos and Third-Party Services
The Website may display or link to content provided by third-party services, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
When you play an embedded video or interact with third-party content, the provider may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, the page you visited, and information about your interaction. The provider may also use cookies or similar technologies according to its own privacy policy and your account or browser settings.
The Website uses privacy-enhanced YouTube embeds and does not load the YouTube video player until you choose to play a video. A preview image may still be requested from a Google-operated image server before playback. KRTG does not control how third-party platforms collect, use, disclose, or retain information.

How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Website;
- Manage subscriptions and send requested Hangover Lifestyle updates;
- Receive and respond to inquiries;
- Review and administer Join the Team applications;
- Communicate with applicants about their interest or possible next steps;
- Maintain appropriate business records;
- Prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, or unlawful activity;
- Protect KRTG, its properties, and others; and
- Comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental requests.
Submitting a Join the Team application does not guarantee selection, an interview, employment, compensation, a contract, or any other relationship with KRTG or Hangover Lifestyle.
How Information May Be Shared
KRTG does not sell personal information collected through the Website.
Information may be disclosed:
- To service providers that help host, process forms, deliver email notifications, operate, secure, or maintain the Website;
- To authorized KRTG personnel who need the information to respond to an inquiry or review an application;
- When reasonably necessary to carry out a request you make;
- To comply with applicable law, court orders, subpoenas, or other valid legal processes;
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of KRTG, Website visitors, applicants, or others; or
- In connection with a merger, sale, reorganization, or transfer involving KRTG or the Hangover Lifestyle property.
Marketing Communications
The separate homepage Subscribe form allows visitors to affirmatively request Hangover Lifestyle email updates. Using the Contact form or submitting a Join the Team application does not automatically subscribe you to promotional email.
Marketing messages will include a way to unsubscribe. You may also request removal by emailing info@hangoverlifestyle.com.
Data Retention
KRTG retains contact messages and application information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate possible opportunities, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, protect our rights, or satisfy legal obligations.
Subscription information, technical information, and form submissions handled by Netlify, email providers, social-media platforms, or other third parties may be retained according to those providers' policies.
Security
KRTG uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the Website and the information involved. No internet transmission, hosting service, email system, or electronic-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children's Privacy
The Website is intended for people of legal drinking age and is not directed to children under 13. KRTG does not knowingly collect personal information through the Website from children under 13.
If we learn that a child under 13 has submitted personal information to us, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or legal guardian may contact us using the information below.
Your Privacy Requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you previously provided directly to KRTG. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and certain information may be retained when permitted or required by law.
Because third-party platforms control information collected through their services, requests concerning YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or another external platform should also be directed to that provider.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Website, our practices, or applicable requirements change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise stated or required by law.
